主要可视面

重点检查产品的正面、侧面、台面、门板、扶手、靠背、坐面及其他正常使用时容易看到的部位。

产品底部、背部、内部或安装后不易看到的非主要可视部位，也会进行必要检查，但其外观要求应结合实际位置、生产工艺及是否影响正常使用进行判断。

划伤、磕碰与破损

产品表面不应存在明显划伤、磕碰、掉漆、崩边、缺角、开裂、破洞或其他影响整体外观和正常使用的问题。

对于轻微痕迹，应结合其所在位置、面积、深浅、可见程度及是否能够合理修复进行判断。

污渍与清洁状态

产品主要可视面应保持基本整洁，不应存在明显油污、胶渍、染色、水印或难以清除的污渍。

包装、搬运或安装过程中产生的灰尘及可正常清洁的轻微表面痕迹，应先完成清洁后再确认产品状态。

颜色与表面一致性

同一件产品的主要可视面，在相同材料和工艺条件下，颜色及表面效果应保持基本协调。

如出现明显局部变色、染色不均、油漆异常、饰面不协调或超出合理范围的色差，需要进一步确认。不同材料、批次及光线环境产生的视觉差异，应结合实物和确认样品综合判断。

表面工艺

油漆、喷涂、贴皮、封边、打磨、缝制及其他表面工艺，应保持基本完整、均匀和协调。

不应存在明显流挂、起皮、鼓包、露底、脱胶、封边脱落、线头异常、缝线开裂或其他影响整体外观和正常使用的工艺问题。

面料、皮革及软体部位

面料、皮革及软包部位应保持基本平整、整洁，不应存在明显破损、严重褶皱、脱线、污渍、异常变色或填充不均。

因包装、运输或材料柔软特性产生的轻微压痕和褶皱，可先通过整理、回弹或正常放置进行恢复后再判断。

天然材料与合理工艺特征

木材、石材、皮革、藤编及其他天然材料，可能存在自然纹理、结疤、毛孔、色泽深浅、纹路变化及批次差异。

手工制作、打磨、涂装、缝制等工艺也可能保留细微差异。上述情况如属于材料本身特征或合理工艺范围，且不影响结构、功能、安全性和正常使用，一般不作为外观品质问题。

检查与判断方式

外观检查通常在合理光线和正常观察条件下进行，并结合产品整体效果判断。

对于需要放大观察、特定角度或强光照射才能发现，且不影响整体外观和正常使用的细微差异，应根据产品类型和工艺特点合理判断。

发现问题如何处理

如发现明显划伤、磕碰、污渍、破损、异常色差或其他外观问题，我们会根据问题位置、影响程度及可修复性，采取清洁、调整、补漆、修复、更换部件、重新生产或换货等方式处理。

存在明显外观异常且尚未完成处理的产品，不进入后续交付流程。

判断依据

产品外观是否符合要求，将结合订单及合同约定、确认样品、产品图片、材料特性、生产工艺和实际产品状态综合判断。

天然材料特征、合理色差、正常工艺公差及不影响整体外观和正常使用的轻微差异，不作为外观不合格的单独判断依据。
